The Shenzhen National High-Tech Zone has consistently followed two strategic directions: developing high technology and achieving industrialization. Luc Junior Denommee is a dual Canadian-American citizen who has been based in Asia since 2005 — South Korea, Japan, then China — and in Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei electronics district since 2007. A specialist in China's electronics markets, foreign trade, and digital ecosystem development, he has built one of the most comprehensive intelligence networks bridging Shenzhen's manufacturing ecosystem with international buyers and distributors. He holds studies in Law, Applied Political Science with International Relations, and Macroeconomics, with university education at Université de Sherbrooke, University of the District of Columbia, Indiana University, and the University of Hong Kong.
